Problem Statement
Many organizations struggle with real-time data consolidation, resulting in delayed decision-making and missed opportunities. In particular, company leaders often need to rely on manual reporting processes to gather insights from various departments, creating inefficiencies and hindering quick, data-driven actions. DaZhboard addresses these issues by providing a centralized platform where data can flow seamlessly from contributors to dashboards, enhancing transparency, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Design Process
I applied the Design Thinking UX process, which includes five critical phases: Understand, Define, Ideate, Design, and Test.
Understand: Conducted research on the needs of company executives, managers, and contributors to understand challenges in real-time data sharing and dashboard use.
Define: Identified the core issue—delays in decision-making due to fragmented data collection and manual reporting.
Ideate: Developed ideas to create an interactive dashboard that integrates DEF submissions and ensures live updates.
Design: Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for both the mobile and web applications, focusing on usability and functionality for each user type.
Test: Conducted user testing with stakeholders to refine the dashboard functionality and DEF submission process, optimizing for ease and accuracy.
