Description
As the UI/UX designer for the My Airtel app in Sri Lanka, I crafted an interface that aligns with Airtel’s branding while delivering a distinctive, streamlined experience for users. The app enables Airtel customers to manage essential functions, including recharging accounts, activating or deactivating packages, and discovering new services through Value-Added Services (VAS). By prioritizing intuitive navigation and clear design elements, I ensured that users can easily find and engage with the app’s features. My focus was on creating a cohesive, branded experience that supports Airtel’s goal of providing a convenient, user-centric platform for service management.
